Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payments - Visa, Switch, Mastercard, Solo and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
When an order is received online, we will send you a confirmation via your e-mail address. If we are unable to supply a product for some reason, we will contact you using the details you have given, and in the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling For orders placed before midday on a working day, we endeavour to despatch the same day. For items or multiple items up to 20kg we currently charge a standard 'Next Working Day' delivery charge of £5.95 within the UK. Deliveries to the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Islands will incur a surcharge. Please e-mail or phone for specific details.
For Saturday deliveries, please email or phone for details of surcharge payable.
Heavy items e.g. Gun Cabinets or Diving Bottles may incur a small surcharge which would be advised. Please email or phone for quote.
For security, all items will be sent with a signed service, please make provision for receipt of goods.

Delivery Schedule Where possible, we will always attempt to ship orders the same day they are received.
All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) should be despatched via Parcelforce or the Post Office (for small items) the same day. Orders placed on a non-working day will not be processed until the next working day. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free. |

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, DRAPERS AIRGUN CENTRE LTD will refund the purchase value of the goods ordered within 7 days of receipt of the order. For us to refund, the goods must be returned unused and in 100% the same condition as when they were despatched from us.
Goods that have been modified specifically to a customer's requirements, will have a 20% handling charge deducted from a refund.
