Delivery Times and Rates

PLEASE NOTE: We are open Tuesday – Saturday.  So any next day parcels placed Saturday, Sunday or Monday will not be dispatched till Tuesday for Wednesday’s delivery.  Also please note any parcels placed any time after Friday 2pm will usually not be dispatched until next collection on Tuesday.

We deliver most items Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.

Please place all orders BEFORE 2pm if you wish for next day delivery as most of our collections are at that time.  For any urgent orders / special requests or Saturday deliveries we would advise you to call and place the order by phone on 01159702525.

Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result.

Our standard flat rate delivery on our website is £6.95 no matter how small or large or how many items you order (to UK Mainland only).  Additional payment for overseas and Ireland postage will be required.

What if I need to reschedule a delivery?

If you would like to reschedule your delivery time, please contact our Customer Services department at 0115 9702525 between 9am and 5.30pm Tuesday to Saturday or contact us using our contact form.

Please be aware we aim to dispatch deliveries as soon as possible and our collection time is 2pm therefore please call as soon as possible with reschedule requests.

How do I track my order?

We use Parcel Force, Royal Mail and UK Mail for deliveries, if you place an order online we will email you the tracking number for your parcel.  You can then track your order on the couriers websites.

Alternatively or for mail order parcels please contact our Customer Service department using our contact form or call us on 0115 970 2525 between 9am and 5.30pm Tuesday to Saturday and one of our Sales Team will provide you with a full update.

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives in an unsuitable condition, please contact us immediately and if the damage has been caused in transit we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Do you deliver products outside the United Kingdom?

No, our delivery service is limited to the UK via our website.  Although if you live outside the UK we are able to send most items EXCEPT airguns, some scopes and night vision outside of the UK, therefore we may be able to get you a personalised quote for postage and send via our mail order service, please e-mail us with enquiries.

Can I order from drapers-airguns.co.uk and collect from a shop?

Yes – we are based in Nottingham, any order made via the web can be purchased for store collection.  Any air rifle or moderator that is ordered via the web has to be collected from an RFD dealer, we cannot post these out in the post to your home address.  Please note we are closed Sundays and Mondays.
